Delivery Charge
All delivery fees are automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you have requested the delivery to and you will see all totals before committing to buy.
How quickly do you Deliver orders?
All flowers are made to order, and will be made fresh and delivered, on the date selected. If flowers are unavailable, it will be the next working day, but we will contact you, and inform you, and you can decide how to proceed.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us immediately. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best that the delivery driver is informed. Items should be returned in their original packaging and documentation. Once received back into our shop, we'll issue a replacement or refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are damaged on arrival, you have 2 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Once we have verified the damage, we'll issue a replacement or refund to you via your original payment method.
